Youll be the go-to person making sure everyone gets paid on time, the site stays stocked, and the engineering team can focus on doing their thing. If youve used payroll systems like SAGE or SAP great. If not, dont stress full training is provided. What youll be getting stuck into Collecting timesheets and making sure payroll is spot on and stress-free Processing payroll info: overtime, new starters, leavers, and changes Teaming up with HR to answer payroll questions and fix any hiccups Supporting a fast-paced engineering team with day-to-day admin Ordering site stock and keeping inventory under control Spinning lots of plates without dropping any (we promise support!) What were looking for Experience in payroll admin or a similar role A sharp eye for detail and confidence with data Some knowledge of payroll or accounting systems (SAGE, SAP, COINS, Dayforce, etc.) Friendly, clear communicator whos comfortable chatting to everyone Organised, proactive, and not afraid to take ownership The good stuff Site-based role (no hybrid for this one) Choose your hours: 7am3pm or 8am4pm , MondayFriday 37.5 hours per week Temp-to-perm opportunity 14.0014.50 per hour Weekly pay + holiday pay accrued weekly Onsite parking If you want a role where youre trusted, supported, and genuinely make a difference to the team, this could be your next move.
