Job Description Maintenance Electrician38,025 per annum plus on call payment of 1950 per annum based on a 1 in 4 week rota & Overtime after 37.5 hours per week)Location: Bradford, West YorkshireFull Time, Permanent Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per weekMultitask Personnel are looking for several Skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a the Facilities Management division with a leading building services contractor.As a Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for providing both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across hospitality sites.Key duties for the Maintenance Electrician include:Delivering PPM, reactive repairs and small installations across systems including lighting, distribution boards, alarms, pumps, motors, BMS, PAT, HVAC and EV systemsFault-finding, repairs, alterations, and electrical testing in line with legislationResponding to reactive callouts and participating in the on-call rotaPreparing quotes for installation and repair worksUpdating CAFM system records accuratelyEnsuring compliance with SLAs and site safety regulationsLiaising with the Health & Safety Forum and HR to support Learning and Development, in line with site safety regulationsEnsuring sustainable use of resources and recycling where possibleQualifications & Experience - Maintenance Electrician:NVQ Level 3, AM2, City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installationDemonstrated ability to repair and maintain a wide range of electrical systems to recognised standards with minimal supervisionFull UK Driving Licence RequiredWillingness to travel between sites as requiredFlexible and proactive approach to workOn-Call payment of 150 per week when on-callCompany Vehicle for work and private useFor further information on the role please contact Multitask PersonnelElectrician, Maintenance ElectricianJBRP1_UKTJ
