Job Description: Our client is looking for a temporary Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative to carry out property repairs mainly consisting of plumbing and joinery tasks in the Braford and West Yorkshire Areas. Temporary - on-going to cover a period of long term sickness, joining a small and established team who will be able to provide support where needed. Tasks involved but not restricted to: Repair/replace toilets, basins, baths, shower trays, showers electric and thermostatic. Pipework leaks on mains water & waste. Replace radiator valves & radiators. Unblock toilets and basins. Replacement locks, including gaining entry. Door fitting. Replacement glazing and board ups. Kitchen cupboard door replacement. Door adjustments. Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 4.30pm Ideally you will have your own van with business insurance and tools.
