Company description: Water Utility Company based in Yorkshire region of England. Job description: Base Location : Western House, Buttershaw, Bradford Working Hours: 10am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday Salary and benefits: 14,893 - 17,459 actual salary (pro-rated due to reduced hours) + bonus, pension, life assurance, holiday pay including bank holidays and other non-contractual benefits Purpose of the role: Deliver an efficient and diverse Workplace Experience Service function (Reception, Helpdesk and Mail room services all under one role) First point of contact for all building users, visitors, and contractors for both physical attendance and internal portal / Samanage and email requests. Key accountabilities, specific to the role: To act as the prime facilitator for all reported issues/concerns and queries between all parties. (Building Control Team, Contractors, Visitors, and building users) Coordinate internal and external resources as necessary Manage all site booking in/out protocols, including induction processes for visitors/contractors attending site Answering incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner; determine the purpose of the call; take ownership of queries and provide correct information Ensuring all incidents/requests reported are logged and raised on SAM and dealt with in a professional and efficient manner, providing feedback and updates as required Responsible for mail management controls Receipt, distribution, and processing, including franking and bagging external mail collections and processing courier requests Responsible for logging/recording dedicated paperwork including RAMS/good receipts and POs appropriate to function Ensuring all major issues/concerns are escalated to WE Manager Generic accountabilities: Prioritising workloads, in accordance with priority coding Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders Ensure that all internal control procedures are adhered to and enforce policy compliance Undertake training as necessary in line with the development of the role To ensure compliance with all regulatory 'statutory obligations relevant to role Ensure Health 'safety and Wellbeing of self and colleague To attend and participate in team meetings To consistently demonstrate Company values, appropriate behaviours & high ethical standards Take ownership of all room bookings Knowledge and Skills Required Essential: Able to cover various roles within the administration Team (including holiday cover) Excellent standards of customer service Experience of working in a customer facing environment Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow documented policy and procedures Ability to prioritise tasks and proven time and workload management Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role Ability to demonstrate a practical common-sense approach to problem solving Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate team building skills Flexible approach Desirable: Experience in process automation M&E understanding H&S understanding If you feel this opportunity is suitable and you match the skills required, then please apply online and complete the application process.
