Job Description Site Manager Social Housing RefurbishmentLocation: Bradford (with local travel)Sector: Construction / Social HousingSalary: 55,000 - 65,000 + PackageContract Type: Permanent, Full-timeOverviewWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction contractor delivering kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes across social housing properties in the Bradford area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a stable, reputable business with a strong pipeline of work.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations on occupied social housing projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site operations for kitchen and bathroom replacement worksCoordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliersEnsure works are delivered in line with programme and client expectationsMaintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and complianceLiaise with residents, housing officers, and client representatives professionallyConduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspectionsMonitor progress, report on performance, and resolve on-site issuesEnsure works are completed with minimal disruption in occupied propertiesMaintain accurate site records and documentationRequired Experience & SkillsProven experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishmentStrong background in kitchen and bathroom replacement programmesExperience working in occupied properties is essentialGood knowledge of health & safety regulations and construction standardsStrong organisational, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple trades and programmes simultaneouslyQualificationsSMSTS (Essential)CSCS (Black or Gold)First Aid at Work (Preferred)Asbestos Awareness (Desirable)Whats on OfferLong-term, stable role with a respected contractorLocal work primarily based in the Bradford areaCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on meaningful social housing improvement projectsSupportive management structure and clear processes
