Learning & Development Advisor - Temp ASAP Start!

Do you have experience working in Learning & Development and/or Training delivery? Are you immediately available for a temporary contract , to cover a period of absence? This position would be the perfect stop gap for someone who is in between roles, covering a period of absence for 8-10 weeks . Working for an amazing public-facing organisation, as part of a top tier HR & Development team, helping to develop and deliver learning activities both online and in person. This is a hybrid role working 50/50 between offices in Bradford and working from home. There might be some very occasional travel to their other office in Peterborough. You will ideally have: Experience of working in OD, L&D or Training as part of a wider HR team Previous use of LMS and eLearning software such as Articulate or similar Comfortable delivering training and also doing training evaluations, training needs analysis (TNA), etc. Salary 33,200 for this full time position - it's a brilliant role that will get involved in lots of different projects, particularly around employee wellbeing.
