This is your chance to take ownership of compliance operations, influence senior leadership and ensure projects meet the highest industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead Compliance Efforts: Oversee and improve third-party property audits to ensure top-tier safety and compliance.Drive Actionable Change: Conduct in-depth desktop reviews, implement corrective actions, and deliver practical solutions.Be on the Ground: Travel across the UK to carry out site visits and ensure health and safety standards are met.Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with senior leaders, auditors, and stakeholders to align with regulatory frameworks.Own Risk Management: Analyse safety data, lead investigations, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.About You:Qualified in Health & Safety (NEBOSH or equivalent).Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 preferred).Exceptional communicator with strong problem-solving skills.Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency.Flexible and willing to travel nationwide.Background in the hotel industry, FMCG, housing, or local authority is preferred.Project management experience is highly desirable.What We Offer:Leadership in compliance initiatives.Supportive work environment.Career development opportunities.
