Job Description Sea Freight Export CoordinatorBradford, BD17Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 (DOE) This role is ideal for someone with a strong operational background in seafreight exports, excellent knowledge of carrier processes, and a commercial mindset to support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate end-to-end seafreight export shipments.Make carrier bookings, complete VGM submissions, and handle export customs entries.Prepare and issue Bills of Lading (B/L) instructions accurately and on time.Handle cross trade shipments, liaising with overseas partners and agents.Ensure compliance with international trade and export regulations.Maintain strong working relationships with carriers, agents, and clients.Provide excellent customer service, keeping clients updated throughout the process.Key Skills & ExperienceProven experience in export seafreight operations within a freight forwarding environment (essential).Strong understanding of international shipping processes and documentation.Experience with CargoWise is advantageous (but not essential).Knowledge of export customs requirements and cross trade procedures.Whats on Offer25 days holiday, 0900-1730Opportunity to join a forward-thinking, supportive, and growing freight forwarding business.Exposure to international markets and global trade lanes.Career development within a commercially focused environment.
