Job Description

As an experienced CRM Administrator who is looking for the challenge of simplifying complex systems, joining a well-established company at an exciting time when they are migrating from an old CRM system to a new one.This is a key position within the IT function, reporting directly to the CTO, and will suit someone with a strong technical understanding of CRM systems, particularly SugarCRM, along with the ability to liaise with stakeholders, drive improvements, and ensure the platform supports wider business goals.CRM AdministratorBracknellHybrid – 3 days a week on site£40,000 per annum to £45,000 per annumThe RoleYou’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and ongoing development of the CRM system. That includes everything from system configuration and user support to data quality and compliance. The role is hands-on, but strategic input will be valued as the business continues to evolve its digital and customer engagement capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and administer the SugarCRM platformManage user roles, permissions, and security settingsProvide user support and training across departmentsConduct regular data audits and ensure high data qualityWork with stakeholders to improve workflows, automation, and reportingGenerate dashboards and reports to support business decision-makingTroubleshoot issues and liaise with vendors for resolutions and upgradesDocument system configurations and processesSupport integrations between CRM and other business systemsRequirementsStrong experience administering and customising CRM systems ideally SugarCRM but open to candidates working with similar CRM systemsGood understanding of CRM principles, data management, and business processesProficient in user management, system configuration, and workflow automationConfident producing reports and interpreting data for business useAble to translate business needs into CRM solutionsComfortable working independently and cross-functionallySolid documentation and communication skillsFamiliar with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)If you’re an experienced CRM professional looking to step into a role with real ownership and influence, get in touch for a confidential chat or send us your CV to
