This pivotal role covers the full employee lifecycle and HR operations, while also supporting day-to-day office operations and providing strategic input to the leadership team.As a trusted advisor to managers, you’ll guide recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and help foster a positive workplace culture. You’ll also ensure we meet compliance standards, contribute to health and safety practices, and help develop and support our people strategy as we grow.Key ResponsibilitiesHR OperationsManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processesSupport employee relations and performance managementMaintain HR systems and ensure compliance with employment law and internal policiesLiaise with payroll to ensure accurate processingMaintain and update employee records and company policiesAdvise on and promote best practices in health and safetyManagement & Leadership SupportProvide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and team leadsCoach and support line managers on handling HR mattersLead performance review processes and implement development plansAct as a culture champion, supporting team engagement and wellbeing initiativesStrategic InvolvementContribute to workforce planning and hiring strategiesCollaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to align HR practices with business goalsDrive culture-building projects and assist with internal communicationsFounders’ SupportProvide ad hoc administrative support to the foundersManage occasional projects, scheduling, and general business adminWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in HR operations with a generalist or business partner backgroundStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesUnderstanding of health and safety principles in the workplaceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA calm, confidential, and professional approach to handling sensitive mattersAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environmentOrganised, proactive, and digitally literateComfortable working independently and collaborativelyWhat We Offer YouA meaningful part-time role within a purpose-led, values-driven companyFlexible working hoursFlexible hybrid working arrangements (based in Bracknell, with 1 day per week remote)A supportive, passionate, and collaborative team cultureCompetitive salary33 days holiday Maternity/paternity benefitsEmployee discounts on our beautiful product rangeOpportunities for learning and development
