Job DescriptionSenior Marketing Manager German speakingHybrid (1 day/week in Berkshire office)Language Requirement: Fluent German & EnglishIndustry: Consumer Healthcare / WellnessSalary: Negotiable depending on experience between 65,000 - 80,000 GPAReports to: Marketing Director / CEO (cross-functional collaboration with leadership)About the Role:Were seeking a commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing activity in the German market for one of our long-standing clients in the FMCG consumer wellness space. This is a pivotal role focused on hands-on execution in the short term, with the opportunity to evolve into a more strategic leadership position over time.This person will drive brand awareness, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and help shape the future of brand presence in Germany. You will be the main point of contact for a newly onboarded media agency, responsible for managing and optimising campaigns with significant TV and digital budgets- TV is the biggest channel for this brand in Germany so you will be leading performance-led and brand TV campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a purpose-led, medically backed brand improving quality of life for consumers.Key Responsibilities:Marketing ExecutionLead day-to-day marketing initiatives focused on execution in the German market.Deliver against business goals through TV and digital marketing.Support new product development (NPD) launches, with a major release planned for 2026.Evolve the brand's reach from online-dominant to include in-store retail expansion.Agency ManagementOwn and lead the relationship with our new media agency.Set clear expectations, evaluate performance, and manage 56M advertising spend.Deliver both brand-building and performance TV campaigns.Market Strategy & Consumer TargetingLocalise campaigns and messaging for cultural relevance in Germany.Refine audience strategy to include a younger demographicEvaluate and potentially refresh the brand ambassador strategya high-impact initiative.Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with a small, entrepreneurial team including senior leadership.Participate in creative development alongside the CEO and Marketing Director.Must-Haves:Fluent in German and English essential for campaign localisation and team communication.Commercially driven strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and ROI.Experience managing large-scale budgets (2M+)Deep experience leading and managing TV campaignsExperience working within FMCG or Retail Products Proven ability to manage and influence external agencies.Track record of driving brand and performance marketing campaigns.Comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with minimal hierarchy or process.Able to thrive within a lean, entrepreneurial team.Willingness to work from the Bracknell office at least 1 day per week (but can be discussed)Why Apply?High-impact role in a rapidly growing company (~70M global revenue).Germany is their fastest-growing market with untapped potential.Work on a purpose-led, clinically-backed product that genuinely helps people live better lives.Be part of a strategic transformation with the autonomy to shape the brands future in Germany.Please apply today to be considered for this fantastic opportunity.
