Job description: Part of the EMEA CPG Team, working closely with the FBP CPG & GM to provide financial support to the EMEA CPG Team. There will also be the opportunity on working on ad-hoc projects to improve and streamline financial processes across EMEA. Main role responsibilities: Assist in monthly/quarterly forecasting, planning and close process Business Partner with commercial leaders and support on long term planning Review contracts and pricing Drive pipeline and checks across CPG for countries covered Support collation, review, and analysis of ad-hoc reporting Participate in continuous improvement projects Required profile: 10 years Experience in a similar role, supporting FP&A manager Experienced and well-respected team leader Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Great communication and relationship building skills Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure Proactive and hands on mentality Experience with financial reporting software would be advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced computer literacy skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivating and collaborative attitude What we offer: We value and celebrate the unique experiences, cultures, and viewpoints that each individual brings.
