Job DescriptionWere looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join one of our respected clients based in Brackley!As part of a close-knit, skilled engineering team, youll be responsible for keeping a variety of agricultural production, recycling, and site equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently through both planned and reactive maintenance.This role is perfect for a proactive, hands-on engineer with a background in agriculture, farming, recycling, heavy plant, or other industrial environments.This is a Full-Time, Permanent position!What youll be doingPlanned and reactive maintenance on agricultural and production machineryInspections, lubrication, and condition monitoringDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faultsFault-finding on motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and 3-phase systemsTroubleshooting control panels, sensors, drives, and wiringSupport machinery installations, upgrades, and reliability projectsWelding and fabrication (guards, brackets, pipework)Log all work accurately and working to Health & Safety standardsHoursMondayFriday, 7:00am-16:30pm1-in-3 on-call rota (shift allowance of 2,344 per annum)Pay43,000 - 50,000 per annum (DOE, including on-call allowance)Overtime available Skills/Experience Required Essential Maintenance experience in agriculture, farming, recycling, or industrial manufacturing18th Edition or equivalent electrical qualificationMulti-skilled across both mechanical and electrical disciplinesAble to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawingsA valid UK driving licencePreferred MIG or TIG welding experience Benefits 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)Competitive salary + on-call allowanceOvertime availableCompany pension schemeFree on-site parkingOngoing training and career developmentHealth & wellbeing supportEssentialAll applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).All applicants must be commutable to Brackley.What to do nextIf youre interested in this role, please apply and we will be in touch!Modus Personnel are acting as an employment agency on behalf of our client.JBRP1_UKTJ
