Job Description Quality & Compliance Manager Manufacturing / Engineering, based in BrackleyAn established and growing engineering business based in Brackley is looking to recruit a Quality & Compliance Manager to join its Senior Leadership Team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring high standards of product quality, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of ISO 9001 quality management systems.This position will oversee the quality of goods entering and leaving the business, lead the development of internal quality processes, and act as the internal auditor across the organisation. The successful candidate will also support compliance with Health & Safety legislation, helping to maintain safe and efficient operations.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager, Compliance Manager, or QHSE professional looking to take ownership of quality systems within a growing engineering environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the quality of incoming materials and outgoing productsImplement and manage the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)Conduct internal audits and support external certification auditsIdentify non-conformances and implement corrective actionsMaintain compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standardsSupport company adherence to the Health and Safety at Work ActWork closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement across the businessProvide guidance and training to teams on quality and compliance processesRequirementsProven experience in a Quality Manager / Compliance Manager / QHSE roleExperience implementing or maintaining ISO 9001 systemsStrong understanding of quality auditing and compliance processesKnowledge of Health & Safety regulations within manufacturing or engineeringExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence teams and implement structured processesDesirableInternal or Lead Auditor qualificationExperience within manufacturing, engineering, or technical environmentsIf you are keen and would like to find out more about this Quality and Compliance role based in Brackley please send an updated cv over to [email protected] or call 01582 878839 for more details.
