Laminator Operative Packaging Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire Hours: 40 hrs/week, rotating shifts (62 / 210 / 106, MonFri) Pay: 13.46 per hour (DOE) Start: Immediate Were looking for an experienced Laminator Operative to work for a busy packaging company. You will set up, operate, clean, and carry out basic maintenance on lamination machines, ensuring production and quality standards are met. Responsibilities Set up and run laminating machines Load/unload materials and complete production checks Carry out pre-run testing and quality inspections Follow production schedules and complete documentation in Microsoft Dynamics Perform cleaning and preventative maintenance Report quality and food safety issues Requirements Experience in lamination/production/printing setup Understanding of lamination processes Ability to use rulers, gauges, micrometers Good communication skills and basic IT skills Awareness of food safety standards Get in contact with Quest Employment Banbury for more details!
