Vehicle Technician Location: Colchester Salary:38,000 OTE 45k plus Hours: MondayFriday 8:00am5:30pm, Saturdays on rota 8:00am1:00pm (1 in 3 as overtime) Reference:29012 Were looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our busy workshop. As a Vehicle Technician , youll work alongside skilled colleagues, carrying out vehicle health checks, servicing, and repairs to the highest standards. Youll use the latest diagnostic technology and have the opportunity to develop your skills with Hybrid & Electric vehicle training. Your responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician will include: Conducting thorough vehicle health checks using modern diagnostic tools Performing vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines Carrying out authorised repairs and warranty work Road testing vehicles to ensure all issues are resolved Completing all relevant documentation accurately Were looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician or experienced Mechanic with: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent) Full UK driving licence Ambition, reliability, and a team-focused attitude This is an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Technician seeking career progression, manufacturer-accredited training, and the chance to expand your expertise in EVs and advanced diagnostics.
