As part of our continued growth strategy, we are looking for a talented and driven UK Sales Manager to lead our sales activities across the UK.About the RoleThis is a pivotal role responsible for driving Greens’ UK sales strategy — developing new business, nurturing key customer relationships, and securing profitable contracts across our product and service portfolio. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities through to contract negotiation and handover, ensuring delivery of commercial and technical excellence.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a structured UK sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives.Identify and secure new customers, markets, and partnerships.Manage the full sales pipeline — from lead generation to deal closure.Prepare compelling commercial and technical proposals in collaboration with engineering and project teams.Maintain strong client relationships and represent Greens at industry events and exhibitions.Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and market intelligence to the senior leadership team. QualificationsA degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).5+ experience in technical or B2B industrial sales (boilers, heat recovery, EfW, or power generation sectors ideal).A proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
