If you’re a high-performing SaaS sales executive looking to join a mission-led business with an exceptional culture and industry-leading benefits, please get in touch!Role Profile:Proactively generate leads and build a robust pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.Make high-volume outbound calls to identify and qualify potential clients.Research target industries and accounts to craft compelling outreach strategies and tailored pitches.Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, compliance leaders, and other key stakeholders.Conduct needs assessments, product demos, and negotiations to close deals across the full sales cycle.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve market fit.Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate records and pipeline visibility in the CRM.Person Specification:4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and cold calling.Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas through high-energy outreach and consultative selling.Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-starter with a competitive mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.Experience selling compliance, risk, legal, or HR SaaS solutions (preferred).Strong research and account mapping capabilities.Proficient in CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
