Your key responsibilities will include:Team Leadership: Inspiring and managing your team to deliver on stock availability and wider business goals.Demand Planning: Managing demand and stock investment to maximize sales and maintain optimal inventory levels.Problem Resolution: Proactively identifying potential issues and driving swift, effective resolutions to mitigate business impact.Collaborative Relationships: Building strong, effective relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers to ensure operational excellence.Financial Acumen: Utilising business intelligence and numerical analysis to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency.Skills and Experience:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail merchandising and a data-driven approach.
