Associate Project Manager – Care Home ProjectsRemote (travel to sites in South/South East England)Salary up to £80,000Full-Time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Associate Project Manager to join a growing team, with a focus on Care Home development and refurbishment projects. You will support the successful delivery of new build, extension, and renovation schemes across a vast portfolio, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of care-specific design and compliance.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact the well-being and quality of life for elderly residents across the UK.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end delivery of care home projects from feasibility through to completionWork closely with senior project managers, contractors, consultants, and care providersAssist with programme scheduling, budget management, and procurement processesEnsure compliance with CQC standards, Building Regulations, and specialist design principlesManage stakeholder communications, including clients, design teams, and internal departmentsMonitor project performance, report on progress, and proactively identify risksAttend site visits and meetings across multiple locationsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years’ experience in project management or construction consultancy (preferably with healthcare or care home projects).Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or related disciplineWorking knowledge of health 'safety, building compliance, and planning frameworks relevant to care environmentsStrong communication and organisational skills with a collaborative, problem-solving mindsetProficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project reporting toolsExperience working within a regulated environment such as CQC is highly desirableWhy Join this business?Be part of a company delivering projects that make a real social impactSupportive team environmentSalary and Benefits package designed around youRemote working - full autonomy over how to plan your dayContinuous professional development and mentoringStudy support for industry accreditationsTick the boxes and want to know more?
