Campaign Manager – Outbound Call Centre Remote – paying up £40k plus excellent uncapped commission structureWe’re currently partnering with a fast-growing, high-performance B2B lead generation business looking to hire an experienced Campaign Manager to take ownership of key client campaigns. You will support the Sales Director in this newly created role.This is very much a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll be responsible for campaign delivery, client success, and leading a team of approximately 10 Telemarketers to consistently hit and exceed targets.The role:Own and manage campaigns end-to-end, from onboarding through to deliveryAct as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and ROILead, coach and develop a team of BDCs in a remote environmentDrive performance through 1:1s, call listening and structured feedbackMonitor campaign data, lead quality and overall performanceCreate and manage campaign documentation and reportingStep in to generate leads and appointments when neededWhat we’re looking for:Proven experience managing a sales/lead generation team – we are also open to someone who has worked for a marketing agency managing clients etc.Experience working with clients overseeing and reporting back to them on their campaignsStrong leadership and coaching abilityCommercial mindset with a focus on results and client outcomesConfident, organised and articulateProactive problem solver who takes ownershipComfortable using tools/AI to improve performanceWhy join?Ownership of campaigns and client relationshipsGreat incentive and reward schemes including early finishes for reaching targetPerformance-driven cultureBonus linked to campaign success and repeat businessSupportive, energetic teamPlease send your CV via this job advertisement.
