The Role: Head Of Performance MarketingHere at Rheal, we put our customers at the heart of everything we do, and it’s of the utmost importance to us that we continue to connect with them in meaningful ways and fuel the growth of our mission-driven brand.We’re searching for a Head of Performance Marketing to join our team and take full ownership of our growth marketing strategy across all channels. You’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimising performance across digital platforms, scaling campaigns efficiently, and maximising return on ad spend. As a key leader in the team, you’ll bring a data-driven mindset, creative problem-solving, and a passion for growth to help Rheal reach new audiences worldwide. You’ll be an integral part of a dynamic, highly-driven team that shares the same passion for making a Rheal difference.General Details: 37.5 hours per week: (full-time & permanent)Remote working (With Co-working space in London and Newcastle)Salary is negotiable Responsibilities Include:ArePaid media strategyLead the strategy for all performance channels including Digital, Partnerships, Affiliates, Influencers, Direct, F2F and Owned across all markets Utilising paid media and direct marketing tactics to drive performance of lower funnel activity (to reducing mCPT/ CPAs and increasing LTV:CPA ratio) in line with our overall marketing strategy set by the CMOPaid media planning and implementationOversee planning, forecasting and implementation and performance optimisation across Digital, Partnerships, Affiliates, Influencers, Direct, F2F and Owned channelsAllocate appropriate resource including in-house team and agencyPartner with the Brand team to ensure creative assets are building a valuable brand and enabling us to hit specific channel performance objectivesTeam leadershipCoach and develop team membersCreate a culture of high performance in the Digital, Affiliates & Partnerships team and in partnership with other key teams, inspiring with context and direction, setting ambitious but achievable expectations and holding your team to account for deliveryBe an active member of the senior team marketing teamDeliver the numbersWork with CMO to set appropriately ambitious metrics for your channels, hold teams to account in delivery and take pre-emptive corrective action as neededEstablish and maintain effective senior partnership with Commercial Finance and Data & Insights teams to implement proactive planning and performance tracking processes to drive high performanceBe able to report back on your numbers and make recommendations on changes to the plan to drive improved resultsIdeal Candidate and Experience AreaSkills & experienceExpertise and experience in relevant marketing channelsProven breadth and depth of marketing experience holistically and in relevant channels gained across different companies with different marketing mixes and targetsDemonstrated ability to drive a game-changing marketing agenda in a high growth environment, marrying deep knowledge and understanding of current best practice along with an appetite to test and learnAppreciation of the symbiotic relationship between brand & marketing, able to partner effectively with brand team to ensure creative drives marketing effectiveness and builds the brandTeam and company leadership Experience of successfully managing a team, getting the best out of individuals as well as building a strong team cultureA credible business leader who can represent marketing at a company level internally and externallyA clear and motivating communicator Strategy, planning & execution- Big picture thinking combined with high numeracy and analytical skills- Experience in building paid marketing strategies to deliver targets- Experience in managing paid media strategy including key metrics (sign-ups, CPT, CAC, ACDs, CVR & LTV:CAC)) and delivering results- A proactive and inquisitive approach to utilising AI within the marketing functionWhat we offerAn opportunity to join the largest superfood brand in the UK; with health, wellbeing 'sustainability being at the core of what we doAn inspiring and empowering culture - support each team member to reach their potential25 days holiday + bank holidays Private healthcare provided through AXA Mental health support & therapy available through AXA Free & discounted Rheal products Team trips and socials
