Project Manager Contract (Outside IR35)Remote £550 per day Project Manager required to lead end-to-end transactional activities for acquisitions and divestments. This is a crucial, non-IT role where strong expertise in TUPE is essential.Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:Acquisition & Divestment Management: The core of the role is managing the physical transaction process for both selling and buying organsiations. This includes:Overseeing the data room and ensuring all acquisition information is in order.Liaising extensively with professional advisors on both sides to ensure delivery of legal documents and paperwork.Managing internal stakeholders involved in both buying and selling organisations.Decoupling sold entities and integrating newly acquired ones.Overseeing the integration process, including TUPE aspects and collapsing legal entities.The ideal candidate will have a with a strong background on transactional management. Proven experience in managing acquisitions and divestments, ideally within a complex environment.
