The approach is targeted, evidence-led and built to stand up to scrutiny.ROLE PURPOSEYou own the product. What we sell, how it works, what we say about it, and how it evolves over time.You are expected to take ownership and make things work.This is not a marketing role, nor is it purely technical. You will sit between the two and are expected to understand both.Reporting directly to the CEO.WHAT YOU WILL OWNExisting product performance You maintain the integrity of the current range Formulation, positioning, claims and packaging stay alignedCompliance and claims You are responsible for what we say and what sits behind it Ingredients, claims and supporting evidence must be fully substantiatedProduct changes and improvements Reformulations (provided by our professionals), packaging updates, cost improvements You manage this end-to-endNew product development and launch You lead NPD from concept through to launch, working alongside our chemists/pharmacists Formulation, supplier alignment, testing, packaging and positioning Innovation balanced with what is commercially viableYou ensure products land properly in market Work across marketing, operations and channelsSupplier and partner management Work with manufacturers, labs and ingredient suppliers from a product perspectiveDocumentation and control Specifications, claims, evidence and approvals are maintained and clear The business should always know what sits behind the productEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSExperience in a regulated or science-led product environment Comfortable with detail Able to move between technical and commercial conversationsStructured, but agile Comfortable taking ownership and making decisionsWHAT YOU WILL GAINEnd-to-end ownership of a product range Exposure to how a science-led brand builds and launches properly The opportunity to shape what comes nextA competitive salary and benefits
