You will handle complex legal elements, maintain strong client communication, and support the team where needed. There is the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to process improvements across the department.ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume remortgage caseload independentlyProvide exceptional client service to customers and introducersEnsure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standardsMaintain accurate records, correspondence, and telephone notesIdentify risks and resolve issues proactivelySupport trainee and junior case managers when requiredAbout YouMinimum 2 years’ experience in remortgage case managementExcellent organisation and time management skillsStrong communication skills both written and verbalProactive, detail-oriented, and client-focusedAble to work independently in a fully remote environment
