Compensation: 30k Pro Rata Base + Equity + Monthly Commission Location: Home working Breathe Payments are a fast-growing fintech card payments & Epos business with a focus on new tech payment products. This is an exciting new role which will help to drive customer acquisition 'sales with small business 'small corporate clients. You will be responsible for generating new business, establishing new partnerships & driving overall business growth. Key responsibilities Generate leads from outreach campaigns & prospectingClose deals to from incoming leads generated from marketing activity Drive new partner 'small corporate sales for Ecommerce businesses Identify, recruit & onboard new partners via data, AI 'social networking tools Skills / Experience Required 1+ years of card payments or Epos experience is essential 2+ years of experience in a commercial or business development role, ideally within the card payments or Epos space Understanding of e-commerce card payment sector & payment gateways Business development & partnership building skills Sales & negotiation experience Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, & a friendly collaborative style Proactive self-starter Integrity & team player with the desire to be part of growing the businessUnderstanding of technology What We Offer Base salary £30k per annum Pro RataEquity in Breathe Payments with the opportunity to significantly contribute to the growth Monthly commission Annual performance related discretionary bonus Opportunities for fast career progression Flexible home working This role may suit someone looking for flexible part time work from home with scope to expand into a full time role over time
