Development ManagerCornwall£55k - £70k plus package.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a residential developer as Development Manager, working on the development and delivery of housing schemes in the South West.This company is a great fit if you’re looking to work in a supportive but ambitious environment with clear career progression.This is a new role within the business, reporting straight into a Senior Director, and with strong potential for career progression as the development pipeline grows. You will be tasked with working on sites from cradle to grave, working on land acquisition and then driving schemes through development & delivery.The salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 plus package.You'll come from a land, planning or development background and have an understanding of the start to finish development process on housing schemes.Responsibilities include:Managing and coordinating individual projects across sitesEnsuring projects align and achieve the company’s objective e.g. design specification and financiallyDeveloping company profileDriving projects through acquisition, planning, design and delivery.Key requirements:Degree qualified is desirable, and ideally property relatedExperience of driving housebuilding projects through the development processCurrently working for either a housebuilder or development agencyUnderstanding of lack acquisition, planning, design & project deliveryDetermined, hungry and ambitiousAbility to work autonomously and independently from the rest of the teamStrong, clear communication style.
