Head of Compliance Once a week in Gloucester 4 day working week£75K - £90K My client is a fast growth POS finance provider with 5 successful years of trading behind them. They are now profitable & entering the scale up phase with focus on client growth, increasing lending book & building brand out in the market.Being PE funded & having multiple Bank provided debt lines in the market makes them a secure yet scaling business!They are SME focused which has been a brilliant nieche for them in the market – They are end to end tech enabled making them a popular amongst the SME market who are looking for speed & efficiency for their customers. We are now looking for Head of Compliance to join the SLT team - You will inherit a successful team of 3 & have a broad oversight on Compliance across the business.
