We’re hiring aDelivery Change Leadinto a newly created and business-critical role within our team at Barclays, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we design, implement, and govern change across our global screening landscape, directly contributing to the integrity of our compliance infrastructure. To be successful as a Delivery Change Lead, you should have experience with: Previous experience in change delivery or project management within a complex, regulated environment. Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills, with a confident presentation style. Excellent critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. Highly valued skills may include: Experience with Customer Screening Software, Payment Screening, or Sanctions Screening platforms. The role will be located at our Bournemouth or Glasgow Office. Purpose of the role Manage the implementation of strategic change initiatives to enhance the bank's operational efficiency. Accountabilities Manage strategic operational changes and initiatives, assessing their impact on people, processes, and systems. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and SMEs, to support business operations and promote alignment with the bank’s objectives. Develop and communicate change management strategies to ensure understanding and adoption by stakeholders. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness, utilizing data and technology for continual improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to change management. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders through training and coaching during the change process. Assistant Vice President Expectations Advise on decision making, contribute to policy development, and oversee operational effectiveness. Lead a team performing complex tasks, setting objectives, coaching, and appraising performance. For individual contributors, lead collaborative assignments, guide team members, and identify new directions for projects.
