We’re hiring aDelivery Change Leadinto a newly created and business-critical role within our team at Barclays. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we design, implement, and govern change across our global screening landscape, directly contributing to the integrity of our compliance infrastructure. To be successful as a Delivery Change Lead, you should have experience with: Previous experience in change delivery or project management within a complex, regulated environment. Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills, with a confident presentation style. Excellent critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. Some other highly valued skills may include: Experience with Customer Screening Software, Payment Screening, or Sanctions Screening platforms. This role will be located at our Bournemouth or Glasgow Office. Purpose of the roleTo manage the implementation of strategic change initiatives to enhance the bank's operational efficiency. AccountabilitiesManagement of strategic operational changes and initiatives to enhance the bank's operational efficiency and effectiveness, including the identification and assessment of changes on people, processes, and systems. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and SMEs to support the business operation team and promote alignment with the bank’s objectives. Development and implementation of change management strategies and effective communication of these strategies to ensure understanding and adoption by stakeholders. Management and development of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business functions, utilizing data and technology to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to change management. Provision of guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the operational change management process through training and coaching.
