Trade Store Manager

You will serve customers efficiently at the Trade Counter, manage customer accounts, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to generate and follow up on quotes. A key responsibility will be achieving the store's trade target and ensuring assigned customers meet their budgetary commitments. This role requires proactive sales engagement, maintaining operational standards, and adhering to Health & Safety policies to create a safe and productive environment. Additionally, you will contribute to developing the Trade Store team, promote store promotions, and identify opportunities to increase footfall and sales.
