This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for property law and strong administrative skills who is ready to develop their legal career in a supportive and fast-paced environment. The RoleAs Conveyancing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting fee earners across a busy caseload of residential property transactions—from initial instruction through to completion. You'll help ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients at every step. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting conveyancers with end-to-end file managementDrafting and preparing key legal documents and correspondenceCommunicating with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitorsManaging file opening/closure and maintaining case management systemsCompleting post-completion tasks such as Land Registry applicationsAdhering to compliance and regulatory requirementsAbout YouWe’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and client-focused. Whether you’re bringing previous conveyancing experience or looking to take the next step in a legal support role, you’ll thrive in a team that values professionalism and attention to detail.
