Job Description We are looking for a motivated Residential Property Paralegal to join our friendly legal team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in residential property law to work under the supervision of qualified solicitors, gaining hands-on experience and developing their career.Key Responsibilities:Assisting with residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.Preparing and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and leases.Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents to support smooth progression of transactions.Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations.Supporting solicitors with more complex matters as required.Requirements:Previous experience in residential property or conveyancing support.Understanding of residential property law and conveyancing processes.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
