Youll run the kitchen, the engine room of the bar, leading the team, driving high standards and delivering great food as part of a great bar experience. What Youll Be Doing Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team Delivering our burger & wings menu to spec fast, fresh and consistent Owning kitchen standards, organisation and compliance Managing performance, GP, prep, waste and safety Building a positive kitchen culture based on respect, teamwork and development Working closely with the site management team to deliver great service every day About You As Kitchen Manager, you take pride in running a tight, well-organised kitchen and leading from the front.
