The role involves the design, planning, and management of mechanical systems for a variety of building types, including high-end residential, commercial, and medical projects. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing technical drawings, planning and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The engineer will also collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient and innovative building services solutions.QualificationsProficiency in Building Services and Building MaintenanceExperience in Electrical Engineering and Facility Management (FM)Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systemsExcellent problem-solving and project management skillsFamiliarity with building regulations and standardsAbility to work collaboratively with clients and multidisciplinary teamsBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldProfessional certifications or membership in relevant engineering bodies are a plus
