Job Description Project Manager - Bouermouth Project Manager Commercial Fit-OutLocation: South Coast - Bouermouth Salary: 65,00070,000 5,000 Car Allowance Interviews: March Start: Late March / April Type: Permanent The ContractorA wellestablished main contractor with a strong presence across the South Coast, delivering projects within commercial offices, retail, hospitality, and general refurbishment. Theyre known for delivering highquality fit-out and new build schemes across Hampshire and Dorset, typically ranging from 1m to 10m. The business has a solid reputation for repeat work, reliable delivery, and maintaining wellrun, organised sites. The RoleYoull be leading a 4m commercial fitout project kicking off in March, taking full responsibility for the programme, subcontractor coordination and daytoday site operations. Alongside the main scheme, youll also support and oversee further packages of work across the region.This role suits someone handson, confident running fasttrack interiors projects, and comfortable taking ownership of a busy site. Key Responsibilities Lead a 4m commercial fitout from initial setup through to final handover. Manage subcontractors working on partitions, ceilings, joinery, finishes and M&E coordination. Chair and contribute to regular progress and site meetings. Oversee logistics, procurement, and supply chain coordination. Support delivery of additional regional work packages running alongside the main scheme. Maintain excellent H&S standards and ensure the site is wellorganised and compliant at all times. What Were Looking For Experience delivering commercial fitouts or refurbishments for a main contractor. A confident onsite leader with strong coordination and organisational skills. Someone used to delivering fastpaced interior projects with multiple trades. Strong communication and problemsolving capabilities.
