As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Infrastructure Platforms Cloud Foundational Services, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reach business goals across the firm. Your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate ambiguity and change, ensuring technology initiatives align with business goals. With strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you will foster productive relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans, including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of solutions. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligning with business goals. Use analytical reasoning to assess performance, identify improvements, and implement data-driven optimizations. Champion agile methodologies and technical solutions to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects in large organizations. Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across teams and clients. Technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations. Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in an agile environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to break down objectives into manageable tasks. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with formal project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum, Kanban, PMP). Participation in culture and transformation projects. Ability to integrate multiple streams of work. Ability to deliver engaging updates to senior audiences. Familiarity with JIRA, JIRA Dashboards, and Confluence.
