Accounts Manager Location: Bourne Salary : Up to 35k Full time - Monday - Friday If you are a target-driven, energetic salesperson who thrives on building relationships and closing deals wed love to hear from you! The role: As an Account Manager, youll manage existing clients and drive new business across print, web, social media, and email. Youll understand client needs, recommend multimedia solutions, and ensure every campaign delivers real results. What youll do : Hunt and secure new business opportunities. Build and nurture strong client relationships. Meet and exceed sales targets. Present confidently and deliver persuasive proposals. Negotiate contracts and support campaign success. Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity. Conduct market research to uncover potential opportunities. Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to deliver successful campaigns. Monitor campaigns to ensure client expectations are met. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth. Keep up to date with emerging advertising technologies and trends. Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and company policies. Attend industry events to strengthen connections.
