Modernisation Sales Manager Responsible for overseeing all Service Sales activities within the Region including Repairs Targets, Warranty contracts and retention and New Business Development. Liaises with clients, consultants and service related specifiers building relationships and defining their requirements. Manages the Service Sales Team including but not limited to Business Development Manager, Repairs Estimator and Admin support. Liaises closely with the Service Manager (Ops) on such items as Admin resource, troublesome lifts, key client meetings Responsibilities Maintenance Contracts - Oversees warranty and new contract sales in accordance with annual targets, monitoring and managing the BDM, providing support and guidance as required. Repair Sales Management - Co-ordinate repairs offers and follow up by the sales team. Sales Systems & Forecasting - Maintains up to date information on all live offers and ensures sales team follow common process for ease of information retrieval. Product & Client Development - Develops knowledge of the complete Orona regional portfolio. Ensures the sales team are recommending the appropriate contracts and products to meet our customer's needs. Resource Management - Responsible for identifying team training and support requirements. Identify weaknesses/ strengths with the long term view of ensuring the company presents a professional qualified sales team. Has regular meetings with the Service Manager (Ops), liaising with field techs, engineers etc as necessary to drive sales within the dept. Offers advise and suggestions to engineers to maximise sales potential from the portfolio. Requirements Ideally will have knowledge of the Lift industry Sales experience Must have valid UK Driving Licence.
