This is a high-impact locum opportunity for an experienced hospital pharmacist to step in and make a real difference. What Were Looking For: Essential : Experience in hospital clinical pharmacy services Desirable : Frailty/HCOP experience, prescribing qualifications Systems Used : Allocate and EMIS What to Expect: Local Induction : Week one includes systems training and caseload overview Training : Full access to local induction resources Interview Slots : Flexible scheduling CV Feedback : Within 24 hours of submission This role is unlikely to extend beyond March 2026, but it offers a unique chance to contribute meaningfully during a time of heightened need.
