Junior Graphic Designer & Video Content Creator

Our client, a privately owned company with a multi-million-pound turnover, is looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer & Video Content Creator to support visual content across a range of digital platforms. This role is ideal for a graduate or someone early in their career who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and grow within a successful business. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to design engaging graphics and produce short-form video content that aligns with the company’s brands. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design * Create visual assets for social media, websites, digital ads, presentations, and marketing materials * Design layouts, icons, banners, and basic motion graphics * Maintain brand consistency across all designs * Assist with concept development and creative brainstorming Video Content * Edit short-form video content for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) * Assist with filming, basic lighting, and audio setup when required * Add captions, transitions, graphics, and music * Optimise video formats for different platforms Collaboration & Support * Take feedback on board and apply revisions efficiently * Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Work enthusiastically both independently and as part of a team Requirements * 0–2 years’ experience in graphic design, video editing, or a related field * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro; After Effects desirable) * Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout * Awareness of social media trends and digital content formats * Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn * Excellent written and verbal English skills
