They are looking to bring on a Head of Sales to help implement and build upon GTM strategies and lead their team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers across the US (must live in Boston, San Francisco, or San Diego). This is an amazing opportunity to make a huge impact on the revenue of a growing start-up! Drive revenue growth and contribute to the company’s scale as a seed-stage company. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to accelerate drug discovery. Qualifications~5-10+ years of enterprise sales leadership with direct reports at a startup or high-growth company (experience with phases such as Series A to B or C/D, or equivalent revenue growth). Must have SaaS sales experience. Must have an understanding of Life Science and/or Biotech industry. Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive six-figure base salary + uncapped commission ($300K-$350K+ OTE year 1). Equity options.
