The site employs over 700 people and specialises in making chilled Italian ready meals and modern deli products for a dedicated customer.About the roleYou will manage, organise and control all activities within your section of the factory. You will assign and organise staff alongside managing productivity and performance ensuring the achievement of the required service levels and performance results.You will walk the floor of the production area and manage start-up procedures, receiving a handover from the previous shift and ensuring there is no excess or shortage of labour in the production areas.
