Our Property & Casualty insurtech client is growing and in need of a Corporate Counsel to act as the go-to legal partner across Marketing, Product, and Business Development, ensuring that innovation and compliance go hand in hand. You will provide guidance across marketing, privacy, and customer communications, create/ implement various compliance policies on all external collateral and lead gen initiatives, draft/ revise carrier agreements, and direct oversight of TCPA and CCPA, and other data privacy laws. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as in-house property & casualty lead gen or insurtech counsel working closely on compliance matters to be considered. Position will be partially remote with a minimum of 2-3 days in office a their greater Boston based HQ. Role comes with competitive pay, excellent benefits package, and equity!
