This is an exceptional opportunity for a legal professional with a passion for estate planning and probate law to advance their career in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle probate court matters and prepare probate tax returns. Draft and administer wills and trusts. Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop comprehensive estate plans. Provide legal advice on estate and tax planning strategies. Maintain high ethical standards and deliver exceptional client service. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2+ years of experience in trusts and estates law. Strong knowledge of probate court procedures and tax return preparation. Excellent drafting and analytical skills. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or willingness to sit for the bar/waive in). Tax LLM is a plus but not required. Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office. Collaborative and supportive team culture. Opportunities for professional growth and development. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000.
