Skilled Operative We are recruiting for Skilled Operatives in Boston. Working for a recruitment agency on a market leading FMCG food production site. As a Skilled Operative you will need to: Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, chilled environment Teamwork, reliability, and good communication skills Able to lift up to 20 kg Details of a Skilled Operative role: 14:00 - 02:00, 16:00 - 02:00, continental shift pattern 2-2-3 (14.45 per hour) Footwear and locker will be provided Training will be provided Cold environment Location: Boston Role of a Skilled Operative : Monitor and ensure the quality of products on a regular basis throughout the working day and make sure it meets specification. Any deviation must be reported to a senior colleague. Ensure good hygiene, housekeeping and health and safety practices are maintained at all times in the area Completing production records, batch sheets, and traceability forms accurately Assisting with basic maintenance or reporting equipment faults Adhering to strict hygiene practices (handwashing, wearing PPE, sanitizing equipment). Preventing cross-contamination by following allergen control and cleaning procedures.
