This role sits at the centre of a fast-moving propagation environment, where precision, care, and technical confidence with machinery are essential.If you enjoy working with equipment, solving problems on the line, and playing a key role in producing high-quality plants, this opportunity offers a rewarding blend of technical challenge and day-to-day operational responsibility.The RoleYou'll take ownership of a specialist production line used in the preparation and handling of young plants.
