Job Description About the Company: Working within the IT sector, in a dynamic well-established business in Borough Green, in customer service and sales support. We are a sales company selling spare parts for IT equipment and have an extensive service business in Retail and Hospitality. A truly international business, working with Global brands such as Epson, Citizen and PAX, you will join a friendly, but hardworking office with customer and business focus at its core. We are looking for reliable and friendly member of the office who is willing to join a high performing and structured team. Full training will be provided.About the Role: Customer services responsibilities.Answering telephones enquiries - UK and ExportResponding to Customer Emails - UK and ExportDaily/Weekly/Monthly reporting to CustomersCreating new customer accounts - UK and ExportProcessing quotes and orders on IT SystemPart identification using external websites/spreadsheetsCheck part number supersessions on external websitesIdentify part lead times and confirm to the customerReleasing pick tickets and check back ordersRaising commercial invoices for despatchPart ship and contact customers when stock is booked inDownloading spares guides as requiredMonitoring service repairsDealing with service queriesAdvising customer of warranty invalidationsContact Service customers requesting part authorisation, obtaining service Purchase Orders or paymentIssue repair job numbers to service customersDealing with customer complaints and returnsReportsAssist with other departments as requiredLiaison with other departmentsService support responsibilities:Account management for service customersService support for partnersEnsuring smooth flow of work through workshopObtaining Purchase Order numbers for repairsMonitoring statuses of repairsResponding to new customersEnsuring correct invoicing on repairsLiaising with Purchasing for timely delivery of partsLiasing with customers regarding receipt and return of unitsSupporting the effort to reach service revenue targetsQualifications: IT literate (Word, Excel).Required Skills:Good organisational skillsGood telephone mannerGood attention to detailConscientious with a strong sense of qualityStrong customer focusAbility to work and take instruction from Managers but also to work independentlySelf-motivating with ability to prioritise own workload
