Job Description Welder / FabricatorLocation: Bolton Salary: 30,000 to 34,000 (dependent on experience + benefits)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm A well-established engineering manufacturer that designs and builds bespoke machinery for customers worldwide is looking to recruit an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join its team.The business supplies specialist machinery to customers in over 30 countries and has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation and customer service. With several large projects coming up and continued investment in its engineering capability, the company offers a stable environment and long-term opportunities.The Role of the Welder / FabricatorThe Welder / Fabricator will be responsible for producing high-quality stainless-steel fabrications in line with engineering drawings and project specifications.Responsibilities of the Welder / Fabricator TIG welding and fabricating stainless steel frames to specification Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Cutting, shaping and assembling materials accurately Ensuring all work meets quality standards and project requirements Using workshop machinery and fabrication tools safely and efficiently Maintaining a clean and safe working environmentRequirements of the Welder / FabricatorTime Served Welder / Fabricator At least 2 years experience as a Welder FabricatorStrong TIG welding experience Ability to read and work from engineering drawingsStrong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a teamReliable and hardworking with good timekeepingUnderstanding of health and safety within a manufacturing or workshop environmentBenefits of the Welder / Fabricator Competitive salary 30,000 to 34,000 dependent on experience Annual bonus including Christmas bonus vouchers 30 days holiday including bank holidays plus Christmas and New Year shutdown 4% employer pension contribution Monday to Friday working hours Modern workshop environment Supportive and close-knit team Training and development opportunitiesThis is a great opportunity to join a growing engineering business with a strong order book and exciting projects ahead.For more information, please contact Adele Lewis or click Apply Now.Call: 0151 209 2050 or 07537 163 611Email: [email protected]
