Job Description We are currently working with a growing and dynamic business that is looking to recruit Sales Development Executives to support their expanding sales team in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity for confident communicators who enjoy speaking with people and are motivated by working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.The RoleAs a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing the companys products or services, and identifying potential business opportunities. Your primary focus will be generating qualified leads and booking appointments for the sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesMake a high volume of outbound calls to potential customersIntroduce the companys products and services to prospective clientsQualify leads and identify potential sales opportunitiesArrange appointments or meetings for the sales teamMaintain accurate records of all calls and activity within the CRM systemFollow up with prospective clients where requiredWork towards daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance targetsSupport the wider sales team in developing new business opportunities.Candidate ProfileExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident and professional telephone mannerStrong organisational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated and target-drivenPrevious experience in telemarketing, telesales, lead generation, or customer service is advantageous but not essentialThe OpportunityOur client offers a supportive and collaborative working environment, full training, and clear opportunities for career progression within sales and business development.Please note that this role is 5 days Monday-Friday office based in Bolton.
